The KARL STORZ Fiber Optic Light Cable is an essential accessory in endoscopic setups, functioning to transfer high-intensity light from the light source (often Xenon or LED) to the light post of the endoscope.

► Features

• Illumination:Transfers “cold light” (light that has had the infrared/heat portion filtered out at the source) to the surgical field, preventing burns and thermal damage.​
• System Compatibility: Designed specifically for KARL STORZ light sources (Xenon and LED) and endoscopes to ensure the light cable’s active fiber diameter properly aligns with the scope’s light post. Using an incorrect diameter cable severely reduces light output.
• Fluorescence Imaging (NIR/ICG): Capable of transmitting the specific excitation and emission wavelengths needed for Near-Infrared or Indocyanine Green procedures.
• Blue Light Imaging (BLI): Optimized for systems that use blue light to enhance mucosal and vascular structures.
